A. fresh fall in the franc, despite an apparent improvement in the financial situation, is causing uneasiness. It is attributed to sales of Frencn francs abroad, especially in Belgium and Italy for the maintenance of their, own currencies, also in Holland, ior unknown reasons. False reports with re-o-arcl to the demonstration by civil servants in Pans were circulated in Central Europe and are- also blamed.— Renter'. i
