‘‘•Poppy Bay,” the annual effort on behalf of disabled soldiers and their dependents, will not be a single day so far as South Taranaki is concerned, although the final appeal'will be made in Hawera on Saturday, next week. April 24. The district has been allocated 1000 small and 200 large poppies, and considerable numbers of these have been distributed over South Taranaki, with a request that returns of all sales be furnished by April 22. Then, on /the Saturday, an effort will be made to sell Hu we ran quota of the poppies.
