PROMOTIONS ANNOUNCED. (By Telegraph—Special to Star.) WELLINGTON, April 15. The Railway Board of Control has appointed- Mr. Blackmore from.the head office to the position of staitionmaster at To Kuiti. Mr. A. Henderson ? derk at Hawera, becomes relieving officer at Audiland. Mr. A. K. Dyne, traffic inspector at Auckland, has been appointed stationmaster at Masterton.
