THE MARLBOROUGH MEETING. MASEFIELD AVINS THE BELT. (UX TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) BLENHEIM, April 5. The second day of the Marlborough Rifle Meeting was fine and clear, with only a light breeze blowing from the right. Results: Tiiainarina Match (10 shots at 600 yards).—£4, AY. Colenjan (Ronga), 49; £3, F. Sharland (Renwiek), 48; £2, It. Pask (Linklater), 46. B Grade. —£2, A. Tombs (Blenheim), 43; £1 10s, H. J. Russell (Karori), 43. Midfield Aggregate.—£s, L. Pask (Linklater), 233; £3, AV. N.. Masefield (Coast), 229; £2, AV.' H. AVest (Renwick), 229. Koroiniko Match (10 shots at 800 yards).—£4, J. McCallum (Renwiek), 49; l£3, J. Hart (Havelock), 48 ; £2, A. Ballinger (Petone), 47. B Grade.— £2, C. Lovell (Renwiek), 45; £1 10s, D. H. Black (AVairau), 42. Seddon Match (10 shots at 900 yards).—£4, AV. Ballinger (Petone), 48; £3, F. Sharland (Renwiek), 47; £2, J. Hart (Havelock), 47. B Grade. —•£2, K. Anderson (Kaituna), 43 *> £1 10s, AV. Corlett '(Wairau), 42. The championship aggregate 1 was won by J. Hart (Havelock) with 319, followed by Henderson 318, Masefield 316, AV. Ballinger and Sharland ,315. The B Grade aggregate was won by K.Anderson (Kaituna). The Service Match, 10 shots rapid at 200 yards, was won by T. Orr, with H. TP Boon as runner-up. Masefield, Sharland and AVest tied for the Championship Belt, and the shoot-off resulted: Masefield 1, Sharland- 2, West 3. The Teams Match was won bv Karori.
