TAXATION REDUCED. PROPOSALS SPEEDILY ADOPTED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COP YRfGHT. Received noon to-day. BERLIN. March 28. The Reichstag read the Budget a third time. Its proposals include a reduction of the turnover tax to 0.75, and the repeal of the tax on wines. This is the first time since 1911 that the Budgat has passed within the proper time.
