The weather in the morning was threatening, but the rain held off and the meeting was concluded under favourable conditions. The course was -in excellent order and there- was a large attendance of the public. There was an, increase -in the totalisator investments to £19,635' 10s, compared with £17,441 on the second day of the two day meeting last year.
