MANAIA.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) The citizens of. Manaia and district will deeply regret to hear of the death at the Wanganui Convent on Saturday of the Rev. Sister Zeta, after a illness. The deceased was a sister ot Air John Hodgson; of Alanaia, and was a great favourite with all who knew her. As a teacher she was dearly loved by the pupils, being of a very effectionate nature. She had been a convent sister for 28 years. The deepest symapthy is extended to her parents, brothers and sisters in their bereavement.
