The North-ants Chamber of Commerce has adopted a resolution for the .presentation to the Prime Minister, the lit. Hon. Stanley Baldwin, protesting against the system whereby certain Dominions charge income tax upon aibsentee principals. A member .stated that the New Zealand authorities, through his agent, were demanding a tax on the estimated profits on. his sales there.
