The final reading of stations in the Methodist ministry places the Rev. H. C. Orchard at Manaia. The Hon. F; J. Rolleston (Minister of Justice) will represent the Government at the function t-o be tendered the Hon. 0. J. Ha>vken on Wednesday next at Elthami Mr and Mrs Claude Harrison, of Eltham, who are leaving in a few days for the South Island, were tendered a farewell party at the residence of Mrs J. It. M. Stewart yesterday afternoon by the members of the Plunket Society. Mrs Harrison was presented with a Gouda bowl in recognition of her services to the society. Mrs O. J. Hawken, president of the society, made the presentation. Mr and Mrs Harrison leave on Monday next.
