BRIUOE OFFENDS TRADES HALE. Received Feb. 25, 12.15 p.m. MELBOURNE, Fob. 25. Officials of the Trades Hall Council are considerably incensed over the action of Mr. Bruce in departing from the procedure adopted during the past five years, by requesting the Commonwealth Council of the Federated Unions to selectl the Labour delegate to attend the International .Labour Conference at Geneva. In previous years, the Labour Councils were asked to select a delegate, whose name was then submitted for the approavl of the Government. A meeting of the council has been convened for to-night, when the position will be discussed.
