CANADIAN LOAN ISSUE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Feb. 25, 10.30 a.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 24. The over-subscription of the Canadian Government’s forty million dollars, ten year bond, flotation in the United States was announced at noon to-day, two hours after the books were opened by the syndicate which underwrote the issue.
