CANNES TOURNAMENT. TWO “ACES” MAY MEET ON MONDAY. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT PARIS,. Feb. 11. The weather at Cannes is clearing after many hours of continuous rain. There is a prospect of Mdllc. Suzanne Lenglen (France) and Miss Helen Wills (United States) meeting on Monday. While the rest of the Riviera is at fever pitch ,the two ‘ ‘ aces ’ ’ are wondering what all the fuss is about. Miss Wills says she will be “mighty glad to have the whole thing done with. However, I am at the top of my form and feel that I can easily spring a surprise. ’ ’ Mdlle. Lenglen is disinclined to discuss the affair. She says she has every respect for Miss Wills’ game, “but I cannot see her beating me, since I have played and beaten what I consider stronger opponents. Ido not see any reason why my so-called nerves should defeat me.”
