FRENCH INCOME TAX RETURNS. CATCHING THE DODGERS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. PARIS, Feb. 4. The Socialists in the Chamber unexpetcedly secured a promise to register incomes subject to income tax, and they shall be officially published. M. Auricl affirmed that there was at present only one taxpayer in the whole of France admitting receipt of an income of over a million francs, representing about £BOOO at the current rates of exchange.
