COURT SAYS £BOO. LONDON, Jan. 27. A Civil Court at Antwerp accepted an expert’s estimate, in hi-s report of a- motor accident, in which a girl s neck, chest, and arms were .scarred, that ’ this had reduced her ae-sthetic value by 20 per cent, lessening her chance of marriage, because she wouLd be unable to wear an evening dress. The Court assessed to-tal loss of beauty a.s worth .-£BOO. and .so awarded the girl £l6O damages.
