LONDON, Dec. 22 The King’s Speech at the prorogation of the Ulster Parliament stated tiiat be was deeply gratified at the Jmndon agreement and prayed that the relations of the Ulster and Free State Parliaments and people would be cemented in a spirit of goodwill and friendship. Referring te preference, tiie speech stated that further preference to Empire goods had been accorded by legislation, and other measures for the development of Empire trade were receiving close consideration by the Government. Parliament was prorogued till February 2.
