THREE SHIPS HELD UP.
DISMISSAL OF DONKEYMAN WANTED. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) GREYMOUTH, Dec. 8. The steamers Poolta, Kaiapoi and
Kaimai were due to leave yesterday, but were held up owing to the crew of the Poolta demanding the dismissal of the donkeyman on the Kaiapoi, and the Kaimai men took sympathetic.action. It is stated that the donkeyman is regarded as a good worker.
