KILLER OF WOMEN.

FIENDISH ATTACKS ON GIRLS ONE HUNDRED MEN SEARCH. OHIO, Nov. 22. . A woman-hating maniac has established a reign of terror in Ohio City. He lies in wait for unescorted women, and in broad daylight, as well as at night, pounces on them from his hiding place like a wild animal. So far it is known that seven girls have been the victims of his savage attacks, and of these two have died from their injuries.

The latest to lose her life, since the two already mentioned, is Miss Emma Hatfield, a beautiful young woman, who was found in a back alley with her scale torn.

Her clothing was in shreds, and her body covered with bruises and abrasions.

Citizens have formed a volunteer corps of 100 men to search every corner of the town for the maniac!

The police are making every effort and have adopted all kinds of disguises.
