ANGLU-AFRIOAN CONTRACT SIGNED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT Received Nov. 20, 1.30 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 19. A beam wii’eless agreement has been signed in London by representatives of the British Post Office and the South African Wireless Company, It is expected that stations in England and South Africa will he open for traffic in the spring. Rates will be one-third below ordinary cable rates.
