RJeceived Nov. 20, 12.30 p.m

PARIS, Nov. 19. From Beirut, the French have begun tw r o big encircling movements, by which it is hoped to clear the rebels from Lebanon. A French column is marching from Rayak to Jebel-Maba-tayi, with the object of cutting off three thousand Druses.
