The Moscow correspondent of the Daily Express states that Limberg, the former head of Port Leningrad, and eleven of his associates, have been sentenced to death for misappropriation of State property. Over one hundred minor port officials and private traders are implicated. Eighteen persons were acquitted, ' and! ofiiers. were sentenced to from one to six years.
