SCENE IN COURT. BEAUTIFUL GIRL’S STORY. LONDON, Nov. 2. When the hearing of the charge against Hayley Morriss and his wife, formerly his housekeeper, of conspiring to procure vouno- girls, was resumed at the* Uckfield (Sussex) Court to-day, a man, accompanied by his beautiful 18-yea r-okl daughter, who wore a gorgeous fur coat, shook his fist at Morriss, and shouted: “You swine!” The girl gave evidence that she applied for a position looking after the dogs. Morriss, she said, accompanied her on the first evening while she was feeding the puppies and asked her an intimate question. She then wrote and informed her mother, who took her home. The healing was further adjourned.
