DISRATED EMPLOYEES TO BE REINSTATED. BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT. - 'Received Nov. 7, 11.45 a.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 7. The Government has decided to reinstate the tramway and railway employees who were disrated owing to the 1917 strike, although the Bill for this punoosed has not yet passed the Upper House.
