Received Nov. 7, 1.10 p.m. PARIS, Nov. 6 The Conference of Ambassadors agreed to the text of a Note to- Germany, asking for further enlightenment with regard to certain points connected with disarmament. ,If Germany’s reply be satisfactory, it is understood December 1 may be fixed as the date for the evacuation of Cologne.
