COMMISSION TO REPORT SOON. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON, Nov. 5. The Daily Express lobby correspondent says that the Irish Boundary Com. mission’s xepox*t will be ready at the end of the month.
