Brigadier-General Charteris has returned from America. He explained to Sir Worthington Evans the circumstances of the misrepresentation of his corpse factory speech. Sir L. Worthington Evans was perfectly satisfied. General Charteris repeats the denial that he faked the story for propaganda purposes. ,
