OPERATORS STRIKE.

TROUBLE AT WIRELESS STATION

BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION -COPYRIGHT,

LONDON. Nov. 2

The whole telegraphic staff of Radio House, Signor Marconi’s London terminal station, struck suddenly, supposedly as the result of notice being given on October 31 for the termination of the services of nine telegraphists.

A statement by the Association of Wireless ’and Cable Telegraphists says the strike involves all Signor Marconi’s London stations. Instructions have been given to the provincial staff to strike to-morrow. They declare that the management violated the agreement by declining directly to discuss the question of the dismissal of the nine operators.*
