SERIOUS OUTBREAK IN ENGLAND
BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEHIGT. LONDON, Octu 28. There have been, outbreaks of foot and mouth disease in eleven counties since September 25. The sum of £49,000 in compensation has been paid, and 1427 cattle have been slaughtered. The position is regarded as grave.
