A semi-official statement reports that a detachment of Greeks, with artillery, entered Bulgarian territory. It attacked Bulgarian * sentinels, five of whom were killed. The other Bulgarian soldiers retired, and the Greeks occupied three posts. —Reuter.
BULGARIA PROTESTS. TO LEAGUE OF NATIONS. Received Oct. 23,. 2.20 p.m. VIENNA, Oct. 22. Tlie Bulgarian Cabinet is protesting to the League of Nations, against Greek invasion. It is also appealing to the Allied Governments for permission to mobilise its troops in defence of its territory.—Sydney Sun Cable.
