CELEBRATION IN LONDON

BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON, Oct. 21. Every Dominion was represented by garlands on the Trafalgar memorial on the occasion of the 120th anniversary. Flowers from Australia. New Zealand, and India, and a huge maple leaf from Canada mingled with England’s own tributes, literally smothering; the lions and the base of the memorial. A notice was displayed stating that the ship carrying the usual ice-wreath from Wellington had been delayed owing to the shipping strike, and a vase of flowers was substituted. Lord.
