LADIES’ CHAMPIONSHIP,
THIS MORNING’S ROUND
(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION ) WELLINGTON, Oct. 22. A great deal of. interest was removed from the first round of the ladies’ championship final this morning because Mrs. Dodgshun got a lead early in the game and kept increasing it, though Mrs Cook fought well. At the turn Mrs. Dodgshun was 4 up, and at the completion of the round was 5 up. -
