AT LONDON HEADQUARTERS. SIX ARRESTED. ON CONSPIRACY CHARGE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Oct. 15, 12.25 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 14. Scotland Yard raided the London headquarters of the Communist Party and arrested Inkpen, the secretary, John Campbell, editor of the Workers’ "Weekly, Harry Pollitt and three other ofiiicials. They will he charged with conspiracy to incite to mutiny and sedition. —A. and N.Z. Assn.
