The German delegate, Kempner, i*eturned to Berlin by aeroplane to- report to Cabinet on the present position of the conference, also tp see the President, Von Hinderiburg, who is keenly interested in the conference. Kempner is expected to return on Friday with the German Cabinet’s views 'on the arbitration treaties and -Eastern frontiers, to which attention is now being directed. Dr. Stresemann and Count Skryzinsci had.an hour’s interview this jrioYning. It is understood that Polish and Czecbo-Slovakian circles are convinced that a .settlement will he .reached. — Reuter. .. .......
