It iji reported that Russian chemists at Harbin have discovered a • process for grinding and extracting the oil from soya beans, resulting in a flour indistinguishable from wheat flour, which is producible at one-third of the cost. Vast areas in Manchuria are capable of soya bean cultivation. The discovery' is regarded as of world-wide importance.
