BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Oct. 14, 12.10 p.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 14. The Asembly read for the first time a Bill for the accommodation of rural workers. It provides that rural work- „ ers, during the time they are employed, shall be provided with proper accommodation in buildings free of all cost. The sleeping quarters are to he divided into apartments, each to accommodate two persons. Separate quarters are also to be provided for cooking or eating.
