VISIT TO MASTERTON. (by TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 MASTERTON, Oct. 9. The Governor-General and Lady Fergusson arrived in Masterton. last night and were accorded a civic welcome this morning. The Governor-General later visited various local institutions and is attending the races this afternoon.
