FIGHTING THE FIRE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received Oct. 6, 11.40 a.m. BRISBANE, Oct. 6. Good progress is being made in fighting the fire in the- Mount Morgan mine. Water is now above the 750foot level. Six and a half million gallons are being pumped in daily.
