REDUCTION IN ORDERS. BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRICHT. Received -Sept, 24, 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 23. Applicants for relief in West Ham found that the benefits were generally reduced by 25 per cent., and that no cash, was distributed, whereas previously half the relief was given in cash and half in food tickets. The changed conditions are due to the operation of the Health Ministry’s order.—Reuter.
