CURIOUS PROVISION.
IN RACEHORSE OWNER’S WILL. «Y CABLE— CiiLSS ASSOCIATION -COPVRIGHT Received Sept. 24, 9.35 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 23. Air Isaac Moss Vernon, a racehorse owner who left £104,000, made a curious provision in his will that a son whom he allowed £4O weekly, must call personally at the solicitors- each week to collect this sum. This is due to the Fact that the son, who is in his thirtieth year, has lived on the Continent and Canada for long spells. Mr Vernon hoped that Ire would force his son to abandon his roving habits.—A. and N.Z. Assn.
