Signor Farinacci, general secretary of the Fascist Party, celebrated the anniversary of the murder of the Fascist deputy Casalini by writing to Signor Mussolini, - giving a glowing account of the strength of Fascism. He says that in addition to the political forces, numbering 900,000,. the movement comprises 317 national trade unions, with a membership of 1,800,000, a flourishing seamen’s union, 6370 municipal bodies, 68 provincial administrations, and railwaymen’s union with a membership of 80,000. Signor Mussolini, replying, says that the foundations of the Fascist State, already laid in Italy, were being reborn. —Reuter.
