GOOD PROSPECTS.

(Received Sep. 8, 1.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sep. 8. Reports to the Agricultural Department from various wheat areas are on the whole very promising, with the exception of a couple of small sections. Crops are making good growth, and are full of promise. Only moderate rains are needed during the ensuing two months to produce another big harvest.
