' The Daily Mail says that the appointmetn of Air Shin well, ex-Minister for Alines, as the organiser for the Amalgamated Alarine Workers’ Union has puzzled seamen. He is an East End Jewish clothes dealer, and was never connected with the sea.
When the strikers’ meeting at Poplar learned that he was coming to carry on an agitation an interrupter shouted: “We don’t want a. tailor’s presser to meddle with our affairs.” — Sydney Sun Cable.
