Notice is given in to-day’s Star of a farm for lease by tender, the date c.f -losing tenders being September 10. The farm comprises 357 f acres, and is ■nit-ble for dairying and grazing. All particulars may be secured from Mr D. G. Smart, solicitor, Hawera. While awaiting completion of new premises, .T. J. Buckrell is temporarily situated) next to Morrissey’s Mart. It is anticipated that' only a ’few days will elapse when the firm will-be displaying up-to-date novelties in all departments.
