WEDDING.
LOW—COMER. On July 27, St. Maury's Church, Hiawer.a, was the scene of a very pretty wedding, when Margaret (Marjorie), younger daughter oif Mr. and Mrs. F. Garner, was married to Mr. O. F. Low. Tlio Rev. Monaghan, M.A., officiated. The bride, who was give n away by her father, wore la simple hut effective frock of pale pink erepe-de-dhine. Her bridal veil was of ivory tulle, held in place by a silver and pearl headdress with touches of orange 'blossoms, and she carried >a beaiuitiful shower bouquet of pink and white flowers, a gift of the bridegroom. The bride’s sister, Mils. F. J. Jones, who attended as Matron of Honour, looked very smiart in lai tunic frock of lavender inarociaiii with hat to m.ateh and silver lace scarf. She carried a lovely bouquet, also the gift of the groom. 'JVo little bridesmaids, Vivien Jonestjneice of the bride) and Sylvia. Davy, looked very chanmiiiig, the former in paila yellow iurapa-de*-dhi.ne, with bandeau of gold leaves and carrying a posy of pale blue flowers, the latter in pale blue crepe-de-dhilie with bandeau of silver leaves and carrying a. posy of pale .yellow flowers. Mr. J. Kirkpatrick acted as best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at the “Carlton,” about forty guests being present. Later the happy couple left for the south, tiho bride travelling .in a brown frock, hat to inaitdh, and brown fur coat.
