Roth well, the* manager of the Australian hockey team which recently toured New Zealand, says that the standard of hockey in New Zealand is ’ very high. The test team fielded bv New Zealand was far superior to the Australian side. He stated that the organisation of the New Zealand Hockey Association was perfect.
