At the date ■ when Miss Myers received the letter she was living at Balmain. and was 'actively interesting herself in the alleviation of the sufferings of invalid A.I.F. men. , She did not want any publicity for her spartan offer, 'and even withfio' knowledge of it from, her soldier brothers, of whom she was proud.
