AMUNDSEN'S NEXT ATTEMPT.
WITH AN AIRSHIP NEXT SUMMER. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT OSLO, August- 20. Tho Aftenpjsten states that Captain Wilkins lias purchased the aeroplane used in tho Amundsen expedition. The machine will be flown to London by int. Wilkins and the Norwegians Lieutenants Lutzwholm and Oinda 1 . The Norwegian Polar Expedition intends next summer to buy an airship half the size of ZR3. All members ci the late expedition will participate in next year's effort, with an additional 20 men. The airship wi-U be captained by Lieut. Riiser Larsen, who was trained in England.—Renter.
