The Public Service Association’s Executive Council to-day passed the .oilowing lemits : —“That the Government be requested to repeal Section 1C of the Public Revenues Act, 1910;’ ‘that the filling of higher position* in the Lauds, and Survey Department be again brought before the Corn mission“that the Commissi oner arrange -to have Easter Tuesday added to die list of holidays;’’ “that the Executive Council point out to the Government •the urgent necessity of providing ‘houses at Sjoacliff and Stoke for attendants;” “that a reduction be made in the charges lor board and lodging for the extra moivthks leave, vwhicjh the mental hospital staff now receive..’
