PERMANENT ORGANISATION.
INSTITUTE OF PACIFIC RELATIONS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. HONOLULU, July 12. The Institute of Pacific Relations approved of a. programme for a- permanent organisation, and named as an executive Messrs Atherton (Honolulu), Furumi (Japan), Wen (China), Nelson (Canada), and Wilbur (America). It was agreed to hold biennial conferences. The appointment of a permanent secretariat was authorised, and the administrative budget was fixed at £15,000 per annum.—Sydney Sun Cable.
