In spite of several counter-attrac-tions the Hnwern Druids held a successful euchre party and dance in t|he Foresters’ Hall on Wednesday last, about 120 players taking part in the cuclire tournament. Prizes were, won as follows • Mesdnmes Keegan and Dymond, Misses Anderson and Butler. Messrs Stevens, Dyinond, Clark and Sutton. After partaking of a dainty upper provided by the ladies’ committee, about 80 couples enjoyed dancing to music supplied by the Serena dors. Extras were played by Misses Butler and Frank. Mr W. Ramsay acted as M.C.
