WAR IN MOROCCO

FRANCO-SPANISH CO-OPERATION. NAVIES TO ASSIST. 1Y CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPYRIGH'I PARIS, June 16. The Premier (M. Painleve) gave Cabinet members an account of his journey to Morroco and the measures decided on to minimise the duration and risks of the operations. The Minister for Marine announced that Admiral Nalier visited the Spanish admiral and the French warships now in territorial waters off the country occupied by the Rifle. 'The entire front of the Wezzan sector in Morocco has been consolidated following a series of skirmishes, in which the French were victorious. The Premier (M. Painleve) told Cabinet that Franco-Spanish co-operation had already begun under a provisional agreement, by which the warships of the two Powers will watch the entire Moroccan coast.
